Step I: Registration

In order to be a part of greenerAccountant, you'll need to review a brief pre-questionnaire to determine whether or not greenerAccountant will be the right fit for your organization. Once your registration has been received, we will prepare a welcome package. If you would like to use the greenerApps greenhouse gas inventory Web application, we will create an installation of the application for your school as part of the greenerAccountant solution.

Step II: Submitting Your Information To The greenerAccountant Team

The greenerAccountant team will send your point of contact a welcome package with a questionnaire and a folder. This questionnaire will cover all of the information needed to create your greenhouse gas inventory. The folder is for storing and returning to the greenerAccountant team any information that has not been submitted electronically. If you will be using greenerApps, we will also include in the welcome package information about accessing greenerApps.

 

Step III: Preparing Your Custom Greenhouse Gas Inventory Report

Once the greenerAccountant team has received all of your information, we will prepare your greenhouse gas inventory. This inventory will be done according to standards set by the International Standards Organization, under ISO Standard 14064. The report will be sent to you as soon as it is complete, and if you have requested application to greenerApps, you will be able to see your data online.

Step IV: Reviewing Your Report In Detail

After you have had a chance to review the report, someone from the greenerAccountant team will be available to answer any questions you may have.

 

Step V: Knowledge Sharing

We can present the report findings to your team and any other representatives from your school via Webinar. We will also provide you with the details you will need to access your data via the greenerApps on-line tracking tool.
